We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States!

As we are a small shop, orders will ship in 3-5 business days and are sent via UPS or FedEx. 

We also ship to Canada. For all orders placed outside of the continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

Our main goal is for you to love your new piece. But we understand that is not always the case.

As such, we gladly accept returns in the form of store credit. Please alert me of your need to return within 5 business days of receiving the package. I will provide you with a prepaid return label, which will be deducted from the refund price. Please ship the rug back in the original condition.

Once the rug is returned and inspected, you will receive a store credit less the amount of the return shipping cost. 

Please Note: We do not accept returns on promotional items. All discounted items are final sale.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All rugs in our collection are sourced from Middle Eastern countries and are hand-knotted, one of a kind items.

As such, each rug may be slightly worn, faded or have some inconsistent shapes, patterns and colors.

These characteristics are what we love most about these vintage rugs.

Our rugs are photographed without a filter and in natural light on an iPhone 13 Max Pro.

We aim to accurately represent the color, texture and patterns. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the product images as displayed on your device as device resolutions can vary. Additionally, rugs may appear differently in your based on the level of lighting. 

Please note, we are happy to send as many pictures and videos as you would like in order to feel comfortable with your purchase. Please just reach out via the contact page. 

Using a rug pad is a personal preference.

I personally do not use a rug pad under my vintage rugs, however, I can recommend this pad as it can be custom cut to the size of your rug.

Yes, all rugs are professionally cleaned and repaired prior to shipping.
